Protecting your home and personal items is the first priority.
Moving furniture
We will relocate furniture (typically to the center of the room) for easy coverage and safe distance from painting surfaces.
Covering furniture and fixtures
We will cover furniture and fixtures tediously with painter's tape and plastic. We will carefully remove outlet plates and any other items we want to keep safe from paint residue.
Covering floors.
We cover all finished floors. We will either lay a roll of painter's paper covering a few feet from the walls or we will use fabric tarps depending on the job.
We take pride in our surface preparation.
Interior Surface Preparation
We will examine walls for unwanted nail holes, dents, cracks, or stains. We will apply caulk, spackle, putty, or other to repair the surface, followed up by sanding to create the ideal painting foundation. Finally, we will clean up all the dust and debris so we don't dirty the paint. This includes sweeping, wiping walls and trim with wet rags, and dry brushing windows and corners.
Exterior Surface Preparation
First, we pressure wash to remove any dirt or mildew. Pressure washing ensures the paint will have the best seal to the surface. Next, any loose paint is scraped, glossy areas are sanded, Rust Bullet is applied to rusty nails or metal, and gaps are caulked to prevent water intrusion.
We use premium paint products for every job.
Priming
Priming is very important in preserving your home. Interior priming is done mostly with new construction jobs. It can also be used when going from a light color to extreme dark or vice versa. Exterior priming is essential and it helps to highlight areas that must be caulked.
Painting
We either roll/brush or spray depending on the size of the job. Two coats of premium-quality paint are applied to create a uniform finish. Upon completion, we will thoroughly inspect the walls and touch up any missed spots.
Wood Staining
Paint isn’t just for looks. Wood staining adds a layer of protection from the harsh weather. Mildew and mold will have a tougher time adhering to the paint or stain rather than just raw wood.
Feature Walls
Fine line painting can produce quality murals and accent walls with ease.
We want all of our customers to be happy with the job they hire us to perform.
Clean Up
We remove all of our materials, vacuum and sweep your floors and carpets, and move your furniture, fixtures, and décor back to where they belong.
Inspection
Once we feel the job is complete, we will ask the customer and/or general contractor to walk around to see if they notice any imperfections. This gives you and (if applicable) your contractor the opportunity to review our work and provide initial feedback. If any aspect of your paint job is not satisfactory, we will fix it on the spot!
